Tai Chi classes are held at the La Pine Senior Center on Fridays at 10-11:30 a.m. taught by Taoist Grandmaster Franklin. All ages and levels are welcome. You may see further information about Tai Chi, classes and Grandmaster Franklin at www.taomysticalworld.com.
Tai Chi is an art form that originated in China circa 1122 BCE. It is the science of working with the energy within the body. Tai Chi not only helps to maintain a person’s physical health and mental balance but also is used to treat a number of illnesses without the use of any drugs. Tai Chi takes the participant through a range of movement and breathing methods to achieve maximum health benefits.

Leave your name and phone number and the Senior Center will pass you info on to the folks at
legal aid. Legal aid will then call you to discuss your issue.
