I would like to welcome you to the 2019 Holiday Craft Fair. It’s crafters like you who make this a great event each year! Please read the following carefully BEFORE signing our contract. The date of the 2019 Bazaar will be Saturday, November 2nd and 3rd, 2019. Sign up has already begun. As always, our Bazaar fills up quickly. The committee will try to accommodate everyone, but please note there are No Guarantees until the submission deadline on October 21st when the committee will meet to approve applications. If your application and money are NOT received by that time, you will be placed on a waiting list.

Vendors will supply their own tables, chairs, and money for making change. After unloading vendor vehicles will be parked on the East end of the Senior Center.

Table Fees.

6'x8' Table Space Only, $35.00

6'x10' Table Spaces Only, $42.00

Rent a Senior Center Table, $5.00

Need Electricity, $10.00

Applicant assumes all risks of loss to their merchandise, including but not limited to weather, theft or vandalism and /or personal injury by signing below, the applicant hereby releases from any liability whatsoever the organizing committee members, and any owners, officers, agents, directors, or any representatives of the La Pine Senior Activity Center. Applicant also has read this page and cover page of application and has agreed to all terms and conditions. Applicant manning booth.

Due to the Senior Center Café being open, vendors will not be allowed to sell food or drinks, with the exception of sealed foodstuffs, such as homemade jams and jellies, prepared and sealed soup or cookie mixes, etc. Any crafter selling these type items must display a sign stating This food was prepared in an unlicensed kitchen.

To all pet owners: Please leave your pets at home or in daycare. Only service animals (with a written license) will be allowed in.

Remember NO GUARANTEES until the Holiday Craft Bazaar Committee has time to jury applications.

You will receive confirmation via e-mail (preferably) or phone shortly after the deadline date to let you know if your application was accepted.
