We are here to encourage our older adults to use their skills, develop their potential and continue their involvement within our community. We are here to promote healthy independent living and encourage our seniors to be visible contributors in our community.

There are numerous activities here for people of all ages to enjoy.
Lunch
Lunch is served Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11 to 12. Bring your to go containers to take home your left overs
Fit For Life
We're super excited to be announcing another opportunity to come and work out with Carol Spaw!!
Here at the Activity Center on Wednesday's @ 1pm
It's a 45 minute Low impact class for any age !!
Cost: $5 members, $8 non

Body Groove
Come join our Body Groove ..several ladies getting together to just dance ! It's on Monday's @9:30 am Thursday @10am
Heritage Kitchen
The Heritage Kitchen provides lunch 3 days a week. They also do catering, make pies, cakes and baked goods. Proceeds help keep the Center open!
